Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 13 April 2026

1. Trial

New owners may receive a 30-day Pro trial for one Small Business or Apartment khata. After trial expiry, creating or editing records requires an active Pro subscription.

2. Pro Plan

The Pro plan is priced at Rs 99 per month or Rs 999 per year and allows one owned khata. Shared admin, viewer, resident, or member access does not require that user to create a separate subscription.

3. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plan activation is processed through Razorpay and applied after successful payment verification.

4. Refund Requests

All subscription payments are final. EasyKhata does not currently offer refunds after successful payment capture, except where required by applicable law.

5. Cancellation

EasyKhata does not currently offer a separate cancellation workflow for already-paid billing periods. If future recurring billing is introduced, cancellation rules will be updated in this policy.
